Purchase:
- Copy of your purchase agreement signed by all parties
- Copy of the earnest money check you gave to your realtor
- Most recent two years' W-2 forms
- Original pay stubs for the most recent 30 day period showing YTD earnings
- If self-employed or receive commission, personal tax returns for 2 years with all schedules
- Most recent three month's bank statements (and brokerage, investment statements, etc., if these funds will be used for down payment)
- Proof of other sources of income as necessary (pension, social security, etc.)
- Residence history for the past two years including name, address and phone number for landlord(s) if renting
Refinance:
- Current mortgage statements or amount owed on your existing mortgage(s)
- Most recent two years' W-2 forms
- Original pay stubs for the most recent 30 day period showing YTD earnings
